Consumers&#8217; right of withdrawal<\/h2><p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.<\/p><h2>2. Exclusion of withdrawal for food products<\/h2><p>Under Section 312g(2)(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for:<\/p><ul><li>Food products whose seal has been removed after delivery<\/li><li>Products unsuitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons<\/li><li>Damaged or opened packaging<\/li><\/ul><p>Opened saffron products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, unused products with their original seal may be returned within the period.<\/p><h2>3. Conditions for a return<\/h2><p>A return is possible only if:<\/p><ul><li>The goods are unopened, unused and have their original seal<\/li><li>The return takes place within 14 days<\/li><li>The customer bears return shipping costs<\/li><li>The goods are securely packaged for return<\/li><\/ul><p>Transport damage must be reported by email with photographs within 48 hours.<\/p><h2>4. Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2><p>For a valid withdrawal, we refund the value of the goods, excluding original shipping costs and return shipping costs. The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the goods, using the same payment method.<\/p><h2>5.
